Whole-Genome Sequences of Two Human Norovirus GII.4 Variants Isolated in the United States.

ABSTRACT: Variants of human noroviruses belonging to the genogroup II genotype 4 (GII.4) lineage have accounted for most norovirus outbreaks in the world since the mid-1990s. We report here the complete genome sequences of two historical human norovirus GII.4 variants isolated from norovirus-positive patient stool specimens in the United States.
