Grail is a well-characterized mediator of metabolic disease, tumour progression, and immune response. However, its role in influenza A virus (IAV) infection remains poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrated that Grail knockdown potentiates IAV infection, whereas Grail overexpression blocks IAV replication.
