<h4>Purpose</h4>To assess the ability of quantitative pupillometry [using the Neurological Pupil index (NPi)] to predict an unfavorable neurological outcome after cardiac arrest (CA).<h4>Methods</h4>We performed a prospective international multicenter study (10 centers) in adult comatose CA patients.
