<i>Vitis amurensis</i> is a wild <i>Vitis</i> plant that can withstand extreme cold temperatures. However, the accumulation of metabolites during cold acclimation (CA) in <i>V</i>. <i>amurensis</i> remains largely unknown. In this study, plantlets of <i>V. amurensis</i> and <i>V. vinifera</i> cv.
