ABSTRACT: A click chemistry approach based on the reaction between alkynylflavins and mono(6-azido-6-deoxy)-?-cyclodextrin has proven to be a useful tool for the synthesis of flavin-cyclodextrin conjugates studied as monooxygenase mimics in enantioselective sulfoxidations.
