<h4>Purpose</h4>To develop a clinically relevant, robust murine model of rotator cuff tendon repair to examine cellular and molecular mechanisms of healing.<h4>Methods</h4>Sixty C57BL/6 male mice underwent rotator cuff transection and repair using microsurgical techniques.
