Resistance to BRAF and MEK inhibitors (BRAFi + MEKi) in <i>BRAF</i>-mutant tumors occurs through heterogeneous mechanisms, including ERK reactivation and autophagy. Little is known about the mechanisms by which ERK reactivation or autophagy is induced by BRAFi + MEKi.
