Twenty-seven <i>Salmonella enterica</i> serovar Schwarzengrund isolates from clinical sources were sequenced as part of a larger study to examine phenotypic and genotypic characteristics. The majority of the sequenced strains were isolated from human stool (<i>n</i> = 20) followed by urine (<i>n</i> = 3) and blood (<i>n</i> = 2).
