Cesarean scar ectopic pregnancies are a rare form of extrauterine pregnancies, yet their incidence is increasing given the rise in cesarean deliveries. Similar to other ectopic pregnancies, cesarean scar ectopic pregnancies pose a great risk for maternal hemorrhage and ultimately maternal mortality.
