<i>Aeribacillus pallidus</i> TD1 is a thermophilic bacterium isolated from a hot spring in Thailand. The genome sequence of <i>A. pallidus</i> TD1 contains a gene-encoded naphthalene dioxygenase, which is a key enzyme for naphthalene degradation.
