<h4>Background</h4>Sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (SVA) is a rare cardiac anomaly that can be congenital or acquired. Unruptured aneurysms may be asymptomatic but can present as malignant arrhythmias, acute chest pain, and even sudden cardiac death.
