<h4>Aim</h4>To assess the impact of two modes of spirometry expert support on Family physicians' (FPs') diagnoses and planned management in patients with apparent respiratory disease.<h4>Method</h4>A cluster-randomised trial was performed with family practices as the unit of randomisation.
