<h4>Background</h4>General (GA)- and epidural-anesthesia may cause a drop in body-core-temperature (BCT<sub>drop</sub>), and hypothermia, which may alter tissue oxygenation (StO<sub>2</sub>) and microperfusion after cytoreductive surgery for ovarian cancer.
