The novel 12,932-bp nonconjugative multiresistance transposon Tn<i>6674</i> was identified in the chromosomal DNA of a porcine <i>Enterococcus faecalis</i> strain. Tn<i>6674</i> belongs to the Tn<i>554</i> family of transposons.
