PHACES syndrome, a diffuse aortocraniocerebral vasculopathy, is a neural tube migration disorder, characterized by aortic coarctation and aberrant arch branches. Clinical diagnosis, echocardiography, and surgical management of coarctation in this syndrome are challenging due to peculiar morphological differences.
