<i>Salmonella enterica</i> is a common foodborne pathogen responsible for major global health problems such as paratyphoid fever and gastroenteritis. Here, we report the prevalence, antibiotic resistance phenotypes, serotypes, and molecular subtyping of <i>Salmonella</i> isolated from eggs in Guangdong, China.
