Eustachian valve infective endocarditis is rare and mostly affects intravenous drug abusers and those with implanted medical devices or indwelling central venous catheters. The most commonly identified organism is <i>Staphylococcus aureus</i>. Treatment includes intravenous antibiotics for approximately 6 weeks.
