Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a malignant neoplasm, frequently affecting the salivary glands, and rarely occurring in other locations. ACC is characterized by slow growth, perineural invasion, local and late recurrence after original treatment. However, renal metastasis of ACC is very rare.
