ABSTRACT: Objectives/Background: Although gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men (GBMSM) bear a disproportionate burden of HIV in the U.S., they are underrepresented in HIV-related sleep research. This study sought to (a) investigate changes in self-reported sleep quality among a sample of GBMSM living with HIV during participation in an online sexual risk reduction intervention and (b) examine whether changes in sleep quality predicted later health outcomes.Method/Participants: Men (n = 505) completed measures of sleep quality, psychological distress, condom use self-efficacy, and antiretroviral therapy (ART) adherence.
