Salt tolerance mechanisms of halophyte <i>Petrosimonia triandra,</i> growing in its natural habitat in Cluj County, Romania, were investigated <i>via</i> biomass, growth parameters, water status, ion content, photosynthetic and antioxidative system efficiency, proline accumulation and lipid degradation.
