This study investigated the impact of <i>Lactobacillus acidophilus</i> NCFM, <i>Oenococcus oeni</i> Viniflora<sup>®</sup> Oenos and <i>Lactobacillus brevis</i> CICC 6239 on bog bilberry juice with a considerably low pH and rich in anthocyanins content.
