<h4>Purpose</h4>Primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD) is a rare disorder of the mucociliary clearance leading to recurrent upper and lower respiratory tract infections. PCD is difficult to clinically distinguish from other entities leading to recurrent oto-sino-pulmonary infections, including primary immunodeficiency (PID).
