"<i>Candidatus</i> Liberibacter solanacearum" is a pathogen transmitted by the potato psyllid <i>Bactericera cockerelli</i> (Šulc) (Hemiptera: Triozidae) in a persistent manner. In this study, we investigated the molecular interaction between "<i>Ca.</i> Liberibacter solanacearum" and the potato psyllid at the gut interface.
