<h4>Background</h4>The Stop&Go study randomized patients with advanced breast cancer to intermittent (two times four) or continuous (eight subsequent cycles) first- and second-line chemotherapy.<h4>Methods</h4>QoL was measured with RAND-36 questionnaires every 12 weeks.
