While cancer cells gain aggressiveness by mutations, abundant mutations release neoantigens, attracting anti-cancer immune cells. We hypothesized that in breast cancer (BC), where mutation is less common, tumors with high mutation rates demonstrate aggressive phenotypes and attract immune cells simultaneously.
