The aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effect of vitamin C on chronic carbamazepine-induced reproductive toxicity in male Wistar rats. Four groups of 10 rats were respectively exposed to distilled water (2 ml/kg), vitamin C (100 mg/kg), carbamazepine (20 mg/kg) and vitamin C followed by CBZ, after 30 min..
