<h4>Background</h4><i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i> (<i>Pa</i>) is the predominant pulmonary pathogen in patients with cystic fibrosis (CF). Tobramycin nebulization is used for the eradication of <i>Pa</i> infection. Nowadays, tobramycin dry powder inhalation (DPI) is available as well.
