The in vitro cultures of <i>Bacopa monnieri</i> show poor production of the anti-Alzheimer's drug, bacoside A. Therefore, suitable bioprocess optimization strategy was developed for callus induction from leaf explants (30 days), followed by callus proliferation (15 days).
