It is unclear whether cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) phosphatidylcholines (PCs) are associated with neuroimaging measures of amyloid deposition and neurodegeneration (glucose metabolism, cortical thickness, and hippocampal volume), cognitive decline, or risk of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) among cognitively unimpaired older adults.
