To clarify the genetic mechanisms of fertility restoration in sorghum F<sub>1</sub> hybrids produced in Japan ('Ryokuryu', 'Hazuki', 'Haretaka', 'Natsuibuki', 'Hanaaoba', 'Akidachi' and 'Kazetachi'), we analyzed QTLs for fertility restoration using seven F<sub>2</sub> populations derived from those hybrids.
