Mongolia has a high prevalence of <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> infection and the second highest incidence of gastric cancer worldwide. Thus, investigating the prevalence of antibiotic resistance and its underlying genetic mechanism is necessary. We isolated 361 <i>H. pylori</i> strains throughout Mongolia.
