<h4>Introduction</h4>X-linked spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda(SEDT) is a type of shorttrunk skeletal dysplasia, occurring in males due to mutation in TRAPPC2 gene.<h4>Case report</h4>We describe a large Indian family with multiple males affected with X-linked SEDT.
