<h4>Scope</h4>We investigate the postprandial modulation of cardiovascular-related microRNAs elicited by extra virgin olive oil (EVOOs) containing different levels of their own polyphenols.<h4>Methods and results</h4>It is randomized, postprandial, parallel, double-blind study.
