<h4>Objective</h4>The objective of the study was to determine whether early infratentorial and/or spinal cord lesions are long-term cumulative predictors of disability progression in multiple sclerosis (MS).<h4>Methods</h4>We selected 153 MS patients from the longitudinal Amsterdam MS cohort.
