Tick-borne encephalitis is an important human arbovirus neuroinfection spread across the Northern Eurasia. Inhibitors of tick-borne encephalitis virus (TBEV) strain Absettarov, presumably targeting E protein <i>n</i>-octyl-β-d-glucoside (β-OG) pocket, were reported earlier.
