The IL-3 alpha chain receptor (CD123) is a cell surface protein that is widely expressed by various subtypes of acute leukemia, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm.
