Chromosome numbers, karyotypes, and genome sizes of 14 <i>Iris</i> L. (Iridaceae Juss.) species in Korea and their closely related taxon, <i>Sisyrinchium rosulatum</i>, are presented and analyzed in a phylogenetic framework.
