<i>Oberonia seidenfadenii</i> is a rare and newly recorded plant species in Zhejiang province, China. In our present study, the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of <i>O. seidenfadenii</i> was assembled by using high-throughput Illumina sequencing data.
