Castrate-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) is challenging to treat with the androgen receptor (AR), the main target and key focus of resistance. Understanding the mechanisms of AR interaction with co-regulators will identify new therapeutic targets to overcome AR resistance mechanisms.
