<i>Ulva linza</i>, a green macroalgae, is one of the causal species of the world's largest macroalgal blooms in the Yellow Sea, China. In this study, we sequenced and annotated the complete mitochondrial genome of <i>U.linza</i> (GenBank accession no. KU189740).
