It is essential to limit hemolytic transfusion reactions in polytransfused individuals, and the prevention of alloimmunization is a key solution. CD4+ T lymphocyte (TL) markers, particularly follicular T helper (Tfh) cells, may differentiate between responder and nonresponder alloimmunization statuses.
