We recently found that dietary supplementation with the seaweed <i>Sargassum fusiforme</i>, containing the preferential LXRβ-agonist 24(S)-saringosterol, prevented memory decline and reduced amyloid-β (Aβ) deposition in an Alzheimer's disease (AD) mouse model without inducing hepatic steatosis.
