Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare myeloproliferative neoplasm that is genetically characterized by the absence of both the Philadelphia chromosome and BCR-ABL1 fusion gene and the high prevalence of mutations in the colony-stimulating factor 3 receptor (CSF3R).
