Juvenile polyposis/hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (JPS/HHT) syndrome is a rare, autosomal dominant disorder caused by mutations in the <i>SMAD4</i> gene, presenting with features of both juvenile polyposis syndrome (JPS) and HHT.
