Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis in a postpartum woman.

ABSTRACT: The distribution of pustular erythema, characteristic clinical course, and pathological findings can help diagnose acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis. Clinical management should include discontinuation of the suspected drug, hydrocortisone administration, and careful follow-up examination.
