ABSTRACT: We present a case of sarcomeric hypertrophy cardiomyopathy diagnosed in a child who had hypertrophy degree regression during adolescence, with no left ventricular dysfunction and no increase of the ventricular diameters. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.).
