ABSTRACT: Coronary artery embolism due to BioGlue surgical adhesive after repair of type A acute aortic dissection is a rare condition. We report a case of BioGlue coronary artery embolism after type A acute aortic dissection repair confirmed using intravascular ultrasound imaging and pathological examination.
