Unusual Case of Giant Nonthrombosed Right Coronary Artery Pseudoaneurysm With Coronary Artery Fistula.

ABSTRACT: Coronary artery aneurysm and pseudoaneurysm are rare and mainly result from atherosclerosis. (Level of Difficulty: Advanced.).
