Cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (<i>CTLA-4</i>) gene polymorphisms may be involved in the risk of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, evidence for the association remains controversial. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis to confirm the relationship between <i>CTLA-4</i> gene polymorphisms and RA.
