ABSTRACT: We describe the case of a 73-year-old woman presenting with heart failure, a degenerating bioprosthetic mitral valve, and severely dilated left atrium, and highlight the role of multimodality imaging in planning transseptal transcatheter mitral valve-in-valve implantation.
